General instructions :
1. Incomplete applications / applications not supported by self-authenticated copies of relevant documents/ application not meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria or applications received after the last date stipulated for receipt of applications shall be summarily rejected.
2. The decision of Bhilai Steel Plant Management will be final and binding on candidates on all matters relating to eligibility , acceptance or rejection of the application, mode of selection, cancellation of the selection process (either in part of full) etc. Filling up of the vacancies is solely at the discretion of the management based on suitability of candidates and no claim will arise for engagement if some of the vacancies are not filled for any reason.
3. The candidature of the candidates would be provisional and subject to subsequent verification of certificates / testimonial, at any stage of the selection process. If it is found that the candidate has furnished false or incorrect information then the candidature / engagement of the candidate is liable to be cancelled
4. The candidates are advised to check BOAT portal as well as their email ID regularly
5. After registering themselves on BOAT web portal, their documents shall be verified by BOAT, after which the following steps have to be followed by the candidates for applying against Bhilai Steel Plant.

Selection process would be on merit basis. Management have right to post minimum 30% at mines area in each branch.

1). Portal address : https://portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/boat.
2). Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification for which they have to report at the designated place and designated time along with the original, Xerox copies of the documents mentioned above and 6 passport size photos.
3). Login using ID Establishment Requests (it will be seen on the top of the web page) Find establishment Upload resume Search for Bhilai Click BSP Apply (Apply button appears on top left hand corner).
4). Scan copies of the following documents shall be uploaded on the portal address given below at the time of application .
