Educational & Experience details :
For Finance Manager :
CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent However the essential qualification may be relaxed in cases of experienced candidates or if there are no candidates available with prescribed qualification.
For Grant Program Manager :
Post Graduate degree/ diploma qualification in Preventive Social Medicine/ Community medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MPH/ General Medicine or MBA from a recognized institution. However the essential qualification may be relaxed in cases of experienced candidates or if there are no candidates available with prescribed qualification.
For Monitoring and Evaluation Manager :
Post Graduate Degree or Diploma qualification in Preventive Social Medicine/ Community medicine/ Community Health Administration/ MPH/ Microbiology/ General Medicine/ Hospital Management/ MBA from a recognized institution. However the essential qualification may be relaxed in cases of experienced candidates or if there are no candidates available with prescribed qualification.
For Associate Programme Coordinator :
Master/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences/ Public Health/ Health Care Administration from a Recognized University. However the essential qualification may be relaxed in cases of experienced candidates or if there are no candidates available with prescribed qualification.

Pay Scale :
For Grant Program Manager : Remuneration of Rs. 1, 26, 000/-per month.
For Monitoring and Evaluation Manager : Remuneration of Rs. 84,000/-per month.
For Finance Manager : Remuneration of Rs. 80,000/-per month.
For Associate Programme Coordinator : Remuneration of Rs. 60,000/-per month.
