Educational & Experience details :
(i). Degree Of a recognized University or equivalent.
(ii). Post Graduate Diploma in personnel Management or Human Resource Management from a recognized University or Institution.
(iii). Ten years in administration and establishment matters in a gazetted post.

Pay Scale :
Level 12 of pay matrix (Rs. 78,800/- to 2,09,200/-).

Note :
Note 1 : The Departmental Officers in the feeder category, who are in the direct line of promotion, shall not be eligible tor consideration tor appointment on deputation. Similarity, deputations Shall not eligible tor consideration tor appointment by promotion.
Note 2 : The period of deputation including period of deputation in another Ex-cadre post held preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organisation or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed tour years.
Note 3 : The terms and conditions of deputation will be governed by the DoP&T's 0M No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(Pay II) dated 17 June 2010 as amended from time to time.

While forwarding the applications, it may be verified and that the particulars furnished by the officers are correct and that no disciplinary/vigilance case is pending.
