Education Qualification
For Data Collector and Operators :
1). Graduate in any stream from a recognized university/institute.
2). Proficiency in English and Bengali language (proficiency in Bengali is required).
he applicant should have a Masters degree/M.Phil & /or PhD in agricultural economics, applied economics, rural economics, rural finance/development, development economics, in relevant areas and should have skills to analyze data in excel and Stata, R, SAS, SPSS /any other software package for econometric analysis, RCT along with excellent writing and communication skills in English..
For Data Collector and Operators : The Data Collector and Operators are required to have experience in conducting field surveys and field data collection work, preferably 2-5 years. Preference shall be given to candidate residing at Kolkata or nearby.
For Research Associate : Candidates would have added advantage and get priority if work experiences in the relevant field are there.

Pay Scale :
For Data Collector and Operators : The Data Collector and Operators will be given a consolidated remuneration in the range of Rs.15,000/- to 30,000/-per month.
For Research Associate : Remuneration of Rs.25,000/- to 35,000/- per month (Rs.50,000/- per month in case of higher degree/experiences) . Salary is a negotiable and depending qualification, experiences and suitability.
