Educational & Experience details :
Master degree in Hindi from a recognized University with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as medium of examination at the degree level. Candidates who have completed Translation course (Certificate / Diploma / PG Diploma level) will be preferred.

Pay Scale :
Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,000/-, Rs. 28,000/-and Rs. 31,000/-for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of contract respectively.

Selection Process :
Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria w.r.t. qualification and Experience will be allotted weight age as follows:
(A). Criterion 1: Percentage of marks obtained in M.A. degree. CGPA marks to be converted to percentage of marks: 75% or 75 marks
(B). Criterion 2: Relevant work experience: Candidates meeting basic eligibility criteria of relevant work experience (as advertised) will be awarded 2.5 marks. For every completed 6 months of additional relevant work experience, 1.25 marks will be awarded. The maximum mark in this criterion is limited to 10 marks: 10 marks
(C). Interview for shortlisted candidates (Video Based): 15 marks
(D). Total: 100 marks
1. Candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit based on marks obtained in M.A. and number of years of relevant work experience as indicated above in the ratio of 1:5. Only those candidates shortlisted will be called for the interview.
2. The names of candidates shortlisted for interviews will be available on our company’s website.
3. Candidates who have been shortlisted for the interview will receive interview call letter only by email.
4. Candidates are requested to print the call letter and comply with the instructions indicated therein. Please note that call letters will be sent through email only.
5. Interview (Video based) will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
6. The results of the final selection will be available on BEL website.
