Paschim Banga Society for Skill Development (PBSSD) inviting applications for the positions of District Project Manager, Sub-Divisional Project Manager, Project Assistant cum DEOs and Block Level Staff. Interested and Eligible candidates can apply for the positions.

Job Location :

West Bengal (Kolkata)

Educational Qualification & Experience details :

For District Project Manager (DPM) : 

1. Must be a post-graduate.
2. Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
3. Should have experience in working with Microsoft Office and should be well versed with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Should have good written and verbal.
5. communication in Bengali and English.
6. Should have proven experience of handling a team.

Sub-Divisional Project Manager (SDPM) :

1. Must be a post-graduate.
2. Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience.
3. Should have experience in working with Microsoft Office and should be well versed with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Should have good written and verbal communication in Bengali and English.
5. Should have proven experience of handling a team.

Block Level Staff (BLS) :

1. Graduate with certificate in computer Applications.
2. Should have good written and verbal communication in Bengali/ local language.
3. Flexible to travel.
4. Ability to support the Training Providers in grass root level.

Project Assistant cum Data Entry Operator (PADEO) :

1. Must be a graduate in Computer Application (BCA) / post-graduate in Computer Applications (MCA).
2. Should have experience in working with Microsoft Office and should be well versed with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Should have good written and verbal communication in Bengali and English.
4. Typing speed should be minimum of 30 words per minute (wpm).

Pay Scale :

For District Project Manager (DPM) : INR 25,000

Sub-Divisional Project Manager (SDPM) : INR 20,000

Block Level Staff (BLS) : INR 12,000

Project Assistant cum Data Entry Operator (PADEO) : INR 11,000

Age Limite :

The applicant should not be more than 44 years and not less than 23 years of age as on 01/12/2020. The upper age limit will be relaxed for S.C., S.T. & O.B.C. candidates as per Government norms.

Selection Process :

Selection Will be Based on written exam, practical test and personal interview.
