Educational Qualification :
For junior Research Fellowship : M.Sc. in Physics/Electronics with first division with NET
For Research Associate : PhD or equivalent degree in Physics/Electronics/Material Science

Age Limite :
For junior Research Fellowship : Maximum 28 Years.
For Research Associate : Maximum 35 Years.
Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC Candidates.
Monthly Stipend :
For junior Research Fellowship : Rs. 31000 + 24 % HRA admissible as per prevailing rules
For Research Associate : Rs. 54000 + 24 % HRA admissible as per prevailing rules
Selection Process :
Selection Will be Based either Written Exam / Interview.
